i looked in the mirror this morning and felt like my waist got smaller, so i measured (LOL) and I am now really happy because i got my waist back to 26 inches. YES, 8 POUNDS THAT I GAINED OVER THE PAST 3 OR 4 MONTHS, YOU ARE GOING AWAYYY. exercising daily really does help, no wonder i got fat last semester.
